Standard Terms of Business
Services
All services are provided by Azra Ladora.
Azra Ladora Mentoring/Coaching provides Holistic, Nutrition Coaching and Mentorship. The services provided under these terms of business relate to Sacred Safety, a 3 weeks private mentorship for healing the root cause of comfort eating and you will get:
One 90 minute call for an initial session, where we will take a deep dive into what's driving the emotional eating and restoring safety into the body.
In the 3 weeks you will have direct access to me on whats app or messenger so support and mentorship is provided.
The call will cover a personalised nourishment plan, nervous system healing with my unique method, emotional alchemy and mentoring/coaching.
All calls and services are offered remotely.

And

Follow-up notes with action steps to help you to add more activity into your daily routine.
Should you have any specific goals or aims in mind which are not listed above then these will need to be agreed in advance.
It is important that you are aware that you arrive at our call with no prior caffeine intake because it can limit the effectiveness of any services provided. You may consume caffeine afterwards. Any success achieved in the sessions is also dependent on the implementation and unique body of the client.
In addition, this is not in any way therapy or trauma advice, please be advised should you suffer from any mental illness or severe trauma this should be stated in advance and it is recommended to inform your Doctor or GP before undertaking this experience. The delivery of the services may be impacted because your body may require time to adapt things or you may need more time to integrate things.
Whilst many clients experience tangible shifts in emotional eating and natural weight release as a result of our services, we offer no guarantees. Each person's results may vary.
All services provided are limited to a specific period which will be agreed in advance with a specific start and end date confirmed.
All services are performed by AZRA LADORA. No services are outsourced.
Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for all packages are charged monthly in advance. VAT is not charged and there are no additional expenses.
Quotes for work are unique to each client and represent the time to be incurred on each project. Quotes may be higher or lower for certain clients depending on whether there is already a pre-existing relationship which will impact the number of hours required in each circumstance.
Payment is due on the day of purchase. With £777 if paid in full OR with a split pay of 2 at no extra charge - initial payment is £388.50, a month later, £ 388.50.
If you choose split pay we will begin a week later so the second payment is completed within the 3-week Sacred Safety container.
The date of payment depends on which day the first payment is made. The same date will follow for future payments until all instalments are paid in full.
Any outstanding sums become an unpaid debt. AZRA LADORA reserves their right to seek statutory interest on any unpaid debts.

Intellectual Property Rights
I retain all copyright in any document prepared in the course of carrying out any services on your behalf.

Communications
Communication with clients will be via email, zoom or whats app unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure and I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses.
My usual business hours are [10am until 6pm, Monday to Friday]. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to. Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for my business, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.

Data Protection
Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to me and it will be handled in the following way:
Apart from as outlined below, your data will only be used and processed in connection with the performance of the services listed above;
Your personal data will be kept confidential and will never be shared with unconnected third parties. It will be shared with third parties such as an accountant to allow them to perform accountancy functions;
Your data will be kept secure at all times and only stored electronically on devices which are password protected;
In order to ensure that the data held is accurate, all data will be obtained from you directly;
Your data will be stored for the minimum number of years following completion of the services to allow compliance with insurance obligations; and
All data collected will be limited to that which is necessary to allow the services to be performed.

Confidentiality and Retention of Information

Communications between us are confidential. I will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business save for in circumstances as required by law or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant.
Documents and information in relation to your matters will not be held longer than required by insurance provider obligations.

Complaints and Refunds
I am committed to providing you with a high-quality service that is both efficient and effective. However, should there be any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of our service, please contact AZRA LADORA on azra@azladora.com. I agree to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
7.1 In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, the Client has the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days of this Agreement being executed by both Parties.
7.2 Refund requests should be made in writing to azra@azraladora.com and a full refund will be provided within 10 working days from the date of the request.

Limitation of Liability
Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill. Foreseeable risks which could arise. I will take all steps to avoid such an occurrence and any liability to you is limited to the amount of any fees paid.
I do not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of body and health optimisation.
There will not be no liability to you for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Third Party Rights
No person other than the person provided with a copy of these Terms of Business shall be deemed to have the benefit of the services, or have any rights to enforce or rely on any of the terms.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Business are my standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be construed in accordance with English law.
The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.
